Artist Village Prepares for New Heights

The second Island of the Artist Village is under preparation to be raised. A construction bowl for lack of better words is currently being formed around the West side of the second island. What will happen next is the piping from the dredge will be placed inside the bowl and the dredge will then start filling this bowl with granite composite, soil, sand, ect, until it reaches the height required to be compacted down.
